Connector Types
With our patented connectors, you can easily and precisely join walls, ceilings and roof elements. On request, the connection can either be dismantled or, with clamping jaws, also be fully axially load-bearing. In both cases, the connection is statically load-bearing when sheared. It couldn't be more efficient.
YOUR ADVANTAGES:
PRECISION.
Manufacturing, measuring, connecting and assembling can now be carried out with an accuracy of ± 1-2 millimeters.
The self-centring of the M12 bolts placed in series takes place in the connector cone, which aligns the elements linearly during assembly. In addition, the elements are positioned on the hexagon nut with a height accuracy of 1 mm.
SAFETY.
The connection values are based on extensive approval tests and guarantee implementation in accordance with calculations and plans.
The STEXON system is easy to use and available for drill diameters of 37 and 40 mm. The quick connector is multifunctional and can be used on (almost) all element interfaces, from single- to multi-storey buildings.
PREFABRICATION.
Efficient and fast prefabrication in the factory, with flush concealed installation of the connectors in the elements, reduces rework on the construction site.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT.
Thanks to rational planning with the STEXON system, cheaper, removable connectors without clamping jaws (OK) can also be used. These now also bear the shear forces longitudinally and transversely to the grain.
Our new tie rods (L) bear significantly higher tensile forces and can now also be loaded in shear. The use of fewer connectors also means better fire and sound insulation for you.
